Guarantee and Warranty Policies
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Improsales guarantees your complete satisfaction! If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your item's purchase price less freight. There is no restocking charge, unless it is a special order item that is not in one of our warehouses. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete, and in it's original packaging. We cannot issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or has any missing parts or packaging.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: Every product sold by Improsales is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. Our warranty does not cover any product or part, which has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident, nor does it cover any product that is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information. Any merchandise returned under the warranty must be complete and it its original packaging.

We respect your privacy, so we will never exchange, sell, or give away to any third party any information about you. All information collected on our website is done through a very secure encrypted system.
Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information contained on our website, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. Improsales reserves the right to make adjustments to correct such information. We also reserve the right to limit quantities on certain products. Improsales reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order on which the product price is found to be incorrect. If a credit card has already been charged for the order, Improsales will issue a credit to the card for the amount charged.
